How we Work:

During our initial appointment, we discuss your goals and plan an onsite visit (requires expenses to be paid) for a period that works best, typically from one to five days. While onsite, we assess your office needs and create a plan to achieve both short-term and long-term objectives. Tasks that can be handled remotely on a routine basis are identified, allowing us to simplify your workflow while staying closely connected to your company culture.

For many small businesses, ongoing support can be managed one day a week instead of a full-time employee. We work on a 1099 basis, provide our tax ID, and are fully insured, including liability, workers’ compensation, and errors and omissions coverage.

Over our 30 years of experience, we’ve maintained the principle: if you are not satisfied with what we accomplish during the first day, you do not pay. It has never happened, and we are proud of our consistent results.
